Omelette with cheese
Dear Eleanor,
I am so happy that I am going to spend the whole weekend with you. Just so that you know, I am learning to make my own omelette. First you sizzle the butter; then you beat the egg with a fork (see photo); then add salt and pepper.
Then you have to grate the cheese (I thought I would just taste some first to make sure it was okay). Then add the eggs to the frypan, make sure they cover the bottom, add the cheese and with a spatula flip one half of the omelette over the other half so the cheese melts in the middle.
Voila!
If you can't make omelette I will also eat weetbix with warmed milk.
